Theme

The Theme setting, found under Settings → General → Theme, allows you to switch the app’s appearance between Light and Dark modes, or set VMFit to follow your device’s light/dark setting automatically.

• Light – The app uses a light appearance.
• Dark – The app uses a dark appearance.
• Follow system – The app automatically follows your device’s light/dark setting.
